What’s a third party shipping or logistics company?
A third-party logistics provider is a company that can offer shipping services, but also storage, fulfillment and distribution. Some members of our community choose to use a third-party logistics provider (often called a 3PL) to access these services.
Orders will first be delivered to the third-party logistics provider and then delivered to you by the provider.
Delivery to the third-party provider is considered as the order being delivered to its destination. Shipping protection is included until the item is delivered to the third-party logistics provider. The timeframe for any returns begins from the moment the item is delivered to the provider.(see our return policy).
