Why can't I see my Tradesy sales history on Vestiaire Collective?

Your sales history will be brought over to Vestiaire Collective in early 2023 - until then, you'll be able to access all your information as usual on Tradesy.

What if I have remaining earnings on Tradesy?

We advise you to withdraw any remaining earnings on Tradesy before January 31st 2023 by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to Tradesy 
2. Head to your Earnings and Site Credit page
3. On this page, click the black "Cash Out" button. You'll then be prompted to select your payout method of choice. You may transfer your funds to a PayPal account, debit card, or checking account (ACH). Please know there is a 2.9% Safe Transfer Fee on the total transaction amount. This covers the payment processing fees paid on your behalf when your item sold.
