Here’s a quick guide to the addresses associated with your Vestiaire Collective account, what they mean, and how to update or change them.
- Shipping from' address: the address from which you will ship a sold item.
- Delivery address: the address to which you would like your purchased items delivered.
- Billing address: the address associated with your bank account.
💡 Good to know: Your shipping from and delivery addresses are completely independent from your billing address. For example, you can have a billing address in the United States and a delivery address in France.
Can I have multiple addresses?
Yes! You can have severaladdresses associated with your account, all easily stored and managed via My Address Book. At check-out, simply select your shipping and billing addresses from the list.
💡 Good to know: If you’re a new buyer, you will need to fill in your delivery address at check-out. Your billing address will automatically be completed with the same information. If your billing address is different from your delivery address, you can edit it directly on the check-out page.
How do I update my addresses?
If you have not yet placed an order
You can update your addresses directly in your account by going to:
On the app: Me → My address book
On the website: See My Account → My address book
You can also change or add a delivery address during the checkout process if needed.
If you have already placed an order
Unfortunately, due to logistical constrictions, it is not possible to change or update the delivery address once an order has been placed.
