Are all Vestiaire Collective purchases checked in person for authenticity?

As a buyer, you can choose to have your item shipped directly to you, or have your item inspected by Vestiaire's Authenticity Experts for a $15 fee. If you select to have the item reviewed in person, it will also be inspected by the Quality Control experts, and then it will be shipped directly to you. You can see more 🔍 here.

How long does the seller have to ship an item?

Once an order has been confirmed, the seller has ⏰ 7 days to ship the item. If they do not ship the item within this time, the order will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the order. 

What is Vestiaire Collective’s return policy?

On Vestiaire Collective, all orders are final, and we do not offer returns. However, if you need to report an issue with the item you received, we’re here for you every step of the way.
