Closing your Vestiaire Collective account is a simple process - just follow the steps below.
First, log into your account.
On the App: Me → My Details → Deactivate My Account
On the Website: See My Account → Information → Close Account
If at any point you would like to re-activate your account, please contact customer service, who will be happy to do that for you!
Important: Deactivation will not automatically delete your data (except in the case of inactivity on your account for 3 years in accordance with our privacy policy). For a definitive deletion of your account and the data it contains, please address your deletion request via our 'GDPR form'.
