If your identity verification failed, please make sure that:
- The ID you choose is approved as official identification - a passport, driver’s license, or government ID card
- Your ID is still valid, and has not expired
- The photo of your ID is clear, legible, and in colour
- All four corners of your ID are visible
- The file size does not exceed 4MB
- The file type is .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .pdf
- Your name and date of birth match those shown
To update these details (name, date of birth, and address), go to Account > Get Paid > Personal Information > Edit. You'll receive a confirmation email or push notification once your updates are processed.
