💡 Good to know - After submitting your request, we will ask you to verify some information. You will receive a confirmation email at both your old and new email addresses confirming the email address update.
Not Receiving Emails from Vestiaire Collective?
Using Apple ID to register
If you used Apple's "Hide My Email" feature when registering (meaning that you chose to hide your email address when you registered), please ensure email forwarding is enabled in your Apple ID settings to receive emails in your inbox.
How to Check Your Apple Settings:
Open Settings on your device
Tap on your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Select iCloud
Tap on Hide My Email
Find the email address associated with Vestiaire Collective
Check that "Forward To" is enabled (the toggle should be green). If forwarding is disabled: Enable it by toggling/ticking the box to start receiving our emails again.
