We know how important it is to be able to track your sold item right to your buyer’s front door. That’s why when you ship your item, you can track its progress every step of the way.
To do that, log into your account:
On the App: Me → My sold items
On the Website: My Account → Purchases & Sales → Sold items
In both instances, click on the item concerned, then click Show Details to see the tracking information for your item
💡Good to know: You can also track your item using the link included in your order confirmation email.
Whether the order was placed with Authenticated or Direct Shipping, we’ll also be keeping you up to date via email and in the app - so you always know exactly what’s going on.
If the tracking information says your package has been delivered but you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry - it can take up to 48 hours for the system to update. If after 48 hours you haven't received an email confirmation, feel free to 🔍 get in touch.
