The European Union (EU) Digital Services Act (DSA) regulates online intermediaries and platforms
such as marketplaces, social networks and content-sharing platforms. Its main goal is to prevent
illegal and harmful activities online and the spread of disinformation. It aims to ensure user safety,
protect fundamental rights, and create a fair and open online platform environment.

Submitting a Regulatory Order or Request to Vestiaire Collective

Regulators, law enforcement and other governmental authorities may contact Vestiaire Collective with
regulatory orders or requests for the removal of user content and/or disclosure of user information.

Orders and requests should be emailed to legal@vestiairecollective.com with the following
information:

• Full name

• Official email address

• Regulatory/Government agency

• Country/Jurisdiction

• Description of regulatory concern or request

• Specific links to Vestiaire Collective product listings and/or member profiles

Average Monthly Active Recipients

Under the DSA, online platforms are required to publish “information on the average monthly active
recipients” of their service in the EU, calculated as an average over a 6-month period.

Vestiaire Collective has calculated its average monthly active recipients in the EU over the 6-month
period ended on February 16, 2025. Such number falls below the 45 million user threshold to be
considered a “very large online platform” (VLOP) for the purposes of the DSA.
