Before Cancelling Your Order
Understand the type of seller: Vestiaire Collective features two types of sellers—individual sellers and professional sellers.
Cancelling Orders from Individual Sellers
No direct cancellation: Once an order is placed with an individual seller, it cannot be directly cancelled. However, you have the option to relist the item on Vestiaire Collective.
Relisting the item once you received it: If you decide not to keep the item, you can relist it on our platform. You will have 72 hours upon reception of the item to avoid any fees and receive 100% of your earnings from the resale. Learn how to relist your item 🔍 click here.
After 72 hours: If you choose to relist after 72 hours but within 14 days, a small processing fee will apply. This fee is less than our standard selling fee. More info on this fee 🔍 here
Cancelling Orders from Professional Sellers
Here's how to identify a professional seller : Click on your seller's username and find the "Professional" mention displayed next to their username :
Return policy: If you've purchased from a professional seller and wish to cancel, you can return the item within 14 days for a full refund. For detailed instructions on returning an item to a professional seller, 🔍 click here.
If There's an Issue with Your Order
In case you purchased with Direct Shipping: For items purchased with Direct Shipping, you must report any issues within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate, and if the item indeed does not match its description, you will receive a full refund. 🔍 Learn here how to do that.
In case you purchased with Authenticated Shipping: If your item was shipped with our authentication service, contact us within 72 hours to report any discrepancies. In case of issues with items from professional sellers, you have 14 days to report. Click on "Report an issue" on your order's timeline to get started.

Time-sensitive: Reporting issues or deciding to relist must be done promptly to ensure the best possible outcome.

Refunds: Should the investigation side with your claim, expect your refund within 5 working days or 24 hours for PayPal transactions. Additionally, if you used a voucher as an initial method of payment, refunds will be credited back to your account accordingly.
