You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it comes from a professional seller. Once you have submitted your return request, you have 14 days to ship the item.
(Please note: items ordered from individual sellers are ineligible for return if you change your mind. Learn more.)
To start a return
1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to your order within the app (Me > Orders) or website (See My Account > Order & Sales).
3. Click on your order and select "Return the Item" from the bottom.
4. Generate a return shipping label by selecting "I've changed my mind about the item" on the form.
5. Print the label and attach it to your package. (Labels must be intact and attached for returns to be accepted.)

We'll issue your refund once you send the item to the seller. If the seller is in another country, your refund will be issued when it arrives at our warehouse before international shipment.
