If our Quality Control & Authentication teams are not able to approve an item during their checks, it means the item did not match its description and/or the photographs which accompanied the listing.

What happens to my item?
The sale will be cancelled, and the item will be returned to your billing address. As soon as we ship the item, we will send you all the tracking information via email.
Once shipped, you can track your delivery by following the steps below:
On the App: Me → My items → Sold items
On the Website: My account → Orders & Sales → Sold items
Find the item in question, click Show Details, then click the tracking number for further details.
If, as part of the returns process, your item crosses an international border, additional duties and taxes may be incurred. In this case, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange the payment of these in order to return your item to you.
