How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
First, log in to your account:
On the App: Me > Email notifications > Uncheck news and sales
On the Website: See My account > Email notifications > Edit > Uncheck news and sales
You can also unsubscribe directly from the newsletter, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Why am I still receiving emails after unsubscribing?
If you have already opted out of our newsletter but are still seeing Vestiaire Collective in your inbox, it is likely due to one of the following two reasons:
1. "New In" & Saved Search Alerts
Even if your subscription is turned off, you may still receive daily alerts for items matching your Saved Searches. These emails specifically notify you when a new item you are looking for is listed on the platform.
You can manage or delete these alerts directly by following this path in the app or website:
Go to: My Account / Me → Saved searches → Manage.
Quick Tip: You can also find a "Manage and delete my saved alerts" link directly in the footer of any "New In" email you receive.
2. Transactional Communications
Please note that you will always receive transactional emails related to your direct activity on the platform. These are mandatory for your security and order tracking, and cannot be disabled. They include:
Order and shipping confirmations.
Payment receipts and refund updates.
Security alerts (such as password resets or login notifications).
