If your buyer cancels an order following a Quality Control Report
- Returned directly to you
- Relisted on your account with an updated description. To make sure we can ship the item as soon as it is re-sold, we’ll safely store it at Vestiaire Collective.
When you receive the Quality Control report, you can choose which option you would prefer directly in the report with one click. Just select Relist My Item or Return My Item, and we’ll take care of the rest!
If you choose to have the item returned to you, we will send you the tracking information via email as soon as the item has been shipped.
If your sale is cancelled following a failed Quality Control check (eg. the item was dirty, markedly different from its description, etc.)
