Here’s a quick guide to the addresses associated with your Vestiaire Collective account, what they mean, and how to update or change them.
- Shipping from' address: the address from which you will ship a sold item.
- Delivery address: the address to which you would like your purchased items delivered.
- Billing address: the address associated with your bank account.
💡 Good to know: Your shipping from and delivery addresses are completely independent from your billing address. For example, you can have a billing address in the United States and a delivery address in France.
Can I have multiple addresses?
Yes! You can have several addresses associated with your account, all easily stored and managed via Addresses. At check-out, simply select your shipping and billing addresses from the list.
💡 Good to know: If you’re a new buyer, you will need to fill in your delivery address at check-out. Your billing address will automatically be completed with the same information. If your billing address is different from your delivery address, you can edit it directly on the check-out page.
How do I update my addresses?
If you have not yet placed an order
You can edit, remove or add a new delivery address directly in your account by going to:
On the app: Me → Addresses
On the website: See My Account → Information → Addresses
Please double-check addresses to ensure your delivery preferences are up to date.
If you have already placed an order
We can change your delivery address post-order so long as they meet these conditions:
• Your new address is in the same country as the original
• Selected delivery is to your address (not a pickup point)
• Seller hasn't downloaded the shipping label yet (Direct Shipping) or your item hasn't started the preparation process at our warehouse (Authenticated Shipping)
