Currently available in the UK and Europe (except Switzerland), our Consignment Service takes all the effort out of selling. Here’s everything you need to know about what it is and how it works.
We take care of everything
With the Consignment Service, we offer a 360° service for each and every item you want to sell.
First, we’ll arrange an appointment (digitally or in person) to select the items most likely to sell. From then on, your Account Manager will be on-hand every step of the way to organise:
- The pick-up of the items you want to sell
- Expert photography of your items that will grab buyers’ attention
- Pitch-perfect item descriptions, with all the details that buyers love
- Market-rate pricing, based on our pricing expertise
- Safe storage of your item until it sells
- Shipment of sold items to your buyer

Good to know: For the moment, the Consignment Service is only available in Europe (excluding Switzerland), and the UK.
Am I eligible for the Consignment Service?
Let’s find out! Just answer these quick questions:
- Are you based in the UK or Europe? (Excluding Switzerland)
- Do you have at least 5 items you want to sell?
- Are the items from luxury or designer brands?
- Are they in very good condition?
If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you’re eligible to use our Consignment Service! Just email us at consignment-uk@vestiairecollective.com and one of our dedicated account managers will get back to you to arrange an initial appointment - so we can get to know each other!
Good to know: If you prefer your account to be completely anonymous, we can take care of that for you, too.
How much will I make with the Consignment Service?

What if my Consignment Service item doesn’t sell?
It’s rare that Consignment Items don’t sell, (who wouldn’t want your gorgeous pieces?!) but here are your options in this unlikely event.
If your item has been online for more than a year
Simply ask your account manager, and we’ll return your item to you, free of charge.
If your item has been online for less than a year
If you’d like your item returned before a year has passed, we will charge a small fee of €15 per item.
