To update the email address linked to your account, follow these simple steps:
On the app
Go to Me → Personal Info → Account Info → Click on your current email address
On the website
Log in to your account → go to My Account → Account Info → Edit
If you have access to your current email
1. Click on Send Link to confirm your current email address.
2. Check your inbox for an email titled "Request for an Email Change".
3. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Click on the link in the email to proceed. Please note the link is valid for 2 hours.
5. Enter your new email address and click Change Email
If you're using the website, you'll have to log back in using your new email address. You'll receive an email confirming the update.
If you registered using a third-party service (Google, Facebook, etc.)
If your account was created via a third-party service, you won't be able to change your email directly.
Instead, click on Send Link to be redirected to add more information, or fill out our Email Change Request form here. . Once you've provided the necessary details and submitted the form, our team will process your request and notify you as soon as your email has been updated.
