How to make the request?
By Chat (Recommended Method)
Start a conversation by clicking on Open a chat here or by selecting "Chat with us" from your account. This channel allows us to process your request more quickly and securely.
By Email (Exceptional Circumstance)
If you have lost access to your current email address and can no longer log into your account, you can contact our Customer Service by email here. In this case, additional verifications will be necessary to guarantee the security of your account, which may extend the processing time.
💡 Good to know: For security reasons, an identity verification is systematically performed before any modification. Once the request is validated, you will receive a confirmation email on your old email address (if accessible) as well as on the new email address to confirm the update.
Not Receiving Emails from Vestiaire Collective?
Using Apple ID to register
If you used Apple's "Hide My Email" feature when registering (meaning that you chose to hide your email address when you registered), please ensure email forwarding is enabled in your Apple ID settings to receive emails in your inbox.
How to Check Your Apple Settings:
Open Settings on your device
Tap on your Apple ID (your name at the top)
Select iCloud
Tap on Hide My Email
Find the email address associated with Vestiaire Collective
Check that "Forward To" is enabled (the toggle should be green). If forwarding is disabled: Enable it by toggling/ticking the box to start receiving our emails again.
