When you ship your item, you can track its progress during shipping.
To do this, log into your account:
On the App: Me → My sold items
On the Website: My Account → Purchases & Sales → Sold items
In both instances, click on the item concerned, then click Show Details to see the tracking information for your item
💡Good to know: You can also track your item using the link included in your order confirmation email.
When your item arrives here at Vestiaire Collective, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it.
If the tracking information says your package has been delivered but you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry - it can take up to 48 hours for the system to update. If after 48 hours you haven't received an email confirmation, feel free to 🔍 get in touch.
