Once your buyer receives their Direct Shipping order, they have 72 hours to report any issues with the item.
If an issue is reported within that time, we will place your payment on hold while we investigate the issue.
The item may need to be shipped to a Vestiaire Collective hub to be checked and approved by our teams. In this case, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know the outcome of our checks within 7 days of receiving the item at our hub.
If the item is checked and approved
If our checks reveal nothing of concern and we are able to approve your sold item, we’ll take your payment off hold - your payment should be reflected in your account within 5 working days, or your PayPal account within 24 hours.
If we can’t approve the item
If our teams are not able to approve the item, the sale will be cancelled and your buyer will receive a full refund.
❗Important ❗Selling an item which does not fit the description provided at the time of listing negatively impacts your seller stats, and any seller badge you hold will be automatically withdrawn.
