Direct Shipping means you will ship the item directly to your buyer, rather than to Vestiaire Collective for quality control checks and authentication.

At the moment, Direct Shipping is only available when both the buyer and seller are based in:

• Europe

• UK 

• UK to Europe, except Italy, Romania and Spain

• The United States

• Canada

• Singapore

• Hong Kong

• Switzerland (available only if both buyer and seller are located in Switzerland)

   

⚠️ Direct Shipping in Australia: We are currently in the process of transitioning to a new shipping provider. As a result, Direct Shipping is temporarily suspended in Australia. We appreciate your patience while we finalize this new solution.

Please note that we have temporary suspended direct shipping in Australia and working on a new solution 

Direct Shipping is therefore not available between Europe and the United States and Europe, etc.

In order to be eligible for Direct Shipping, items must have a listed price of less than 1000€ or the currency equivalent in those countries listed above.

Note: In Singapore, Switzerland, Direct Shipping is available for items bought domestically with a listed price of up to €3000 or the local currency equivalent.

💡 Good to know: You must ship sold items within 7 days, or the sale will be cancelled and your buyer refunded.

Can I opt out of Direct Shipping?

Direct Shipping is automatically offered as a shipping method on eligible items, and the Seller cannot opt out of this shipping method. The Buyer chooses their preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
