If your buyer is absent or misses the delivery of a Direct Shipping order, the carrier will contact them to let them know the next steps. Depending on the carrier, they may advise the buyer that they can:
- Collect the parcel from the nearest post office or a collection point within 10-15 days
- Rearrange a delivery window during which they can successfully deliver the item
- Select a new delivery address or collection point
If however after several attempts the carrier is not able to deliver the item, it will be returned directly to you and the sale will be cancelled.
