Trusted Sellers play an important role in our community. The Trusted Seller badge is our way of rewarding reliable sellers and increasing their visibility.

This badge offers other community members added peace of mind, making your items more attractive to potential buyers and so helping you make more sales.

• As a Trusted Seller, your items will have more visibility in search results
• Your badge is clearly displayed on your items and your profile
• Your items are promoted in a dedicated category, accessible from our homepage

To be awarded this badge, you must meet the following criteria:

• You've sold at least 2 items in the last 6 months
• You've shipped 80% of your sold items within 5 days
• At least 80% of the items you’ve sold have matched their description
• 100% of your sold items have been genuine

If at any point a Trusted Seller no longer meets one of the above criteria, their badge is automatically  withdrawn. The good news is, as soon as you meet the criteria again, you'll regain your Trusted Seller badge. 

💡 Good to know - Once you've earned your Trusted Seller badge, you can continue to improve on your score and eventually become an 🔍 Expert Seller!
