The Referral Program will start on 05/01/24.

Vestiaire Collective expressly reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, interrupt, or cancel the Referral Program for any reason it deems appropriate, without participants being entitled to any compensation.

Participation in this Referral Program is governed by the Buyer and Seller General Terms and Conditions and the Vestiaire Collective Privacy and Cookie Policy, supplemented by the following conditions:

This program allows a platform user (the "referrer") to refer a friend (the "referee") by sending a code (the "referral code") to grant them a discount (the "discount code") on their first order. As a token of appreciation for the recommendation, the referrer in turn receives a discount code (the "reward").
Each referrer can refer up to one hundred (100) referees with their referral code. A referee can only be referred once.
The referral code can only be generated by the referrer from the Vestiaire Collective application and by users who have already made at least one (1) purchase on the Vestiaire Collective platform. The referrer can send the referral code to their referee via email, SMS, or messaging service.

Use of the Discount Code by the Referee

Whenever a referrer shares their referral code with a friend, the referee receives a twenty percent (20%) discount code to use when making their first order.
The discount code can be used for an order with a maximum discount amount of fifty dollars ($50, or your currency equivalent). The discount code does not apply to authentication fees, shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
To benefit from the discount code, the order must be placed in dollars ($).
The discount code can be used on the Vestiaire Collective iOS and Android applications.
The discount code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotions.
The discount code cannot be used to purchase items listed on the referrer's profile.
The discount code is usable for a period of six (6) months from the date of its generation.
In the event the discount code is used for an order that is canceled, the referee will be able to reuse the discount code under the same conditions.

Use of the Reward by the Referrer

When the referee receives their order and it is not canceled, the referral is finalized.
For each completed referral, the referrer receives a reward in the form of a twenty percent (20%) discount code to use for a purchase with a maximum discount of fifty dollars ($50 or your currency equivalent).
The reward is sent to the referrer via email within eight (8) days following the completion of the referral.
In the event the referee's order is canceled and the referee reuses the discount code, the referrer will receive their reward within eight (8) days following the receipt of the referee's new order, provided it is not canceled.
The reward offered to the referrer cannot be combined with other referral rewards or other ongoing offers or promotions. It does not apply to authentication fees, shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
The reward is usable for a period of thirty (30) days from its receipt by the referrer.
The reward cannot be used to purchase items listed on the referee's profile.

Vestiaire Collective reserves the right to cancel or set an expiration date for any issued discount code, particularly in the following cases:
The discount code is not used strictly in accordance with the above terms of use
Vestiaire Collective suspects fraud or abuse of the discount code
These rules may be amended at any time by Vestiaire Collective. Each of these modifications will be the subject of an amendment, which will be published under the same conditions as these rules.
