Following the sale of your item, you have shipped your item to us for our experts to verify that it complies with the description you provided.
- There are three possible outcomes from this quality check :
1- The item is found to be compliant
2 - The item is found not to be compliant
3 - The item is found to be partially compliant
> If your article is found to be compliant, this means that it perfectly matches the description you provided.
The item will then be carefully packaged and dispatched to your buyer by our Logistics team.
You will then receive your payment on your chosen method:
> You have chosen to receive payment to your Wallet?
The compliance of an item automatically triggers the payment transfer for your sale, which will be available within 24 hours.
> You have chosen to receive payment on your bank or PayPal account?
We make transfers to our sellers every Thursdays after shipment to the buyer. You’ll receive the payment for your sale as soon as the item has been dispatched during the corresponding session (due to interbank transfer times, please allow 24 to 72 hours for the transfer to be visible on your bank account).
