You can enter a promotional code during the checkout process for an item you'd like to buy.

On the App: On the Payment page of the checkout process, you’ll see the option to Enter Promotional Code under the heading Discount. Once you’ve entered the code, click Apply. 

On the Website: You’ll see the shipping and authentication fees for your item, under which you’ll find the option to add a Promo code / Gift card code. Once you’ve entered the code, click Add. 

If the discount code is accepted, the total of your order will be automatically recalculated.

Why doesn’t my promo code cover the cost of Custom duties & VAT?

Promo codes and vouchers can only be applied to an item’s purchase price. Any authentication fees, import duties and taxes, or sales tax must be paid for during checkout, using your preferred payment method.
