As a part of this ongoing process, we are closing Wallet on Vestiaire Collective. If you have a Wallet, we’ve been in touch over the last few months to let you know what you need to do next, but if you still have some questions, you’ll find all the answers right here.
And don’t worry - the future for Seller Payments is going to be better, quicker and more secure than ever.
Why can’t I see my Wallet?
As of 20th October 2020, the Wallet service is no longer available on Vestiaire Collective. If you had a positive balance in your Wallet at that time, don’t worry - we can transfer the balance directly to your bank account. Read on to find out how that will happen.
My Wallet had a positive balance. How do I transfer the balance from my Wallet to my bank account?
In many cases, we will be able to automatically transfer the positive balance of your Wallet into your registered bank account without you having to do anything. In this case, you will receive a notification from us that this payment from your Wallet to your bank account has been made.
However, if you have not received the remaining balance of your Wallet by 26th October 2020 it may mean that by law we need to confirm your identity before making the transfer.
This is a straightforward and secure process and just takes a couple of minutes.
To verify your ID, just follow the steps below:
To make sure your ID confirmation is successful, first make sure that:
- The ID you choose is approved as official identification
- The document is of a high enough quality to be clear and legible
- The file type is .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .pdf

How will I receive payments from now on?
For now, payments for your sales will be paid directly into your bank account every Wednesday, but as our seller payment system evolves your payments will soon be made on a daily basis!
