Quality Control assessments and results are provided by our dedicated team at Vestiaire Collective.
If we get in touch with you during a sale to provide a Quality Control report, it means the item you have ordered does not perfectly match the pictures and description provided at the time of the listing.
If this is the case, we will let you know via email, which will include:
- Pictures of the detected defects
We will also inform the buyer of our findings. The buyer then has 72 hours to decide if they would like to proceed with the order or cancel it and receive a full refund. If the buyer does not respond within those 72 hours, the sale will be cancelled.
If your buyer cancels an order following a Quality Control Report
You can choose whether the item is:
- Returned directly to you
- Relisted on your account with an updated description. To make sure we can ship the item as soon as it is re-sold, we’ll safely store it at Vestiaire Collective.
