Your stats appear on listing pages and are visible to select users as we roll out the feature platform-wide.
Only sellers in supported countries will have their stats displayed.
Understanding Seller Stats
- Items sold: Listed items that were purchased (categorized as shipped or canceled).
- Shipped: Items sent to the buyer within 7 days.
- Canceled: Items canceled by the seller (changed their mind, unable to ship in time, etc.).

Common questions
What does “boosted visibility” mean?
Items from sellers with positive stats rank higher in search results. Appearing higher increases the number of shoppers viewing your item and gives you an advantage over similar items from sellers with lower stats.
Why do you only show sales from the last 6 months?
We show sales from the last 6 months to set accurate expectations for buyers, as selling habits can change over time. In the future, we may expand to all sales history.
What if a buyer asks me to cancel their order?
We tell buyers that sales are final. If they ask you to cancel, you should decline, as cancelling will negatively impact your stats.
What if a buyer asks me to ship after the 7-day window?
We tell buyers that orders will be shipped within 7 days. If they ask you to delay shipment, you should decline, as this will lead to an automatic cancellation and negatively impact your stats.
What if I’m traveling and will miss the 7-day shipping window?
If you cannot ship on time, you should cancel the sale immediately. Otherwise, it will get automatically canceled after 7 days. In the future, we recommend you turn on vacation mode (Me → Vacation mode), which allows shoppers to view/like your items while disabling purchasing until you return.
