What can I report about a user?
You can report a user for any of the the following

Illegal, offensive or inappropriate behaviour

An inappropriate profile picture

An inappropriate bio

Counterfeit listings

Attempts to make contact outside of the Vestiaire Collective platform

Other (we will ask for more information in the report)
How do I report a user?
Click 'Report User' on the user's profile page. Remember to include screenshots.
You will be asked to choose from a list of reasons for your report. Provide as much detail as possible about the reasons you believe the content is in breach of the rules. You will also be asked to certify that your report is genuine and made in good faith. Please note that any abusive report, challenge or misuse of this process may result in consequences for you, such as a temporary ban from the platform, as outlined in our General Terms of Use.
What happens once I've made a report?
Once submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your report. Our teams will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, if needed. We will be in touch via email to let you know the outcome of your report.
Please note that if your report lacks sufficient detail, we may not be able to conduct a thorough investigation.
