This check protects our sellers, and takes 48 hours at most. We might get in touch to ask for supporting documents to help us verify you're the owner of the bank card associated with the payment of your order.
If no additional documents are required, you'll receive a confirmation email and your order will proceed as normal.
If we've contacted you to request additional documents, you'll receive your order confirmation email as usual as soon as they are successfully verified.
