🔍 Form 1099-K is used to report gross payment transactions processed on your behalf by Vestiaire Collective.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state tax authorities require Vestiaire Collective, as a Third Party Settlement Organization (TPSO), to issue Form 1099-K to U.S. citizen or tax resident sellers who meet the Form 1099-K reporting thresholds.
Who is eligible to receive Form 1099-K?
- You received US$5,000 or more in gross payments during the year.
When will Vestiaire Collective send the 1099-K form?
If you meet the U.S. reporting requirements for a given tax year, you should receive your reporting form either by mail, e-mail, or obtain it in your seller profile before January 31st of the relevant tax year (January 31st 2025 for the year 2024).
Understanding your 1099-K form
Gross payment transactions: the 1099-K form reports gross payment transactions processed on your behalf through the Vestiaire Collective platform. Amounts shown represent gross sales totals (including Vestiaire Collective taxes/commissions).
Amounts shown are before deduction of Vestiaire Collective fees/commissions. The seller's Form 1099-K includes the total gross amount of the sale.

What happens if I don't provide my tax information?
If you do not provide your tax information, your payments may be suspended and your account blocked. This means that you will not be able to complete new sales or purchases via our platform.
