As for all your sales, a pre-paid shipping label is supplied and this allows you to send your item to your buyer, free of charge.
You can find this shipping label in the email confirming the sale of your item, or directly in your account - To find out more, click here
- On the app, in the section : “Me”, “My Items”
- On the site, in the section : “My Account”, “Orders and Sales”, scroll down to “Items Sold”
You then need to pack up your item, stick your shipping label on it and bring it to the post office, if your parcel is being sent by Colissimo.
If your item is transported by DHL or UPS , you must contact the carrier by phone or via their website, in order to schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your package.

Please also ensure that your billing address is well filled in and complete. Otherwise, it could block you from shipping your item.
