You can access the Wallet service if :
- your bank account is in euros,
- you reside in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Monaco, Portugal, Réunion, Spain or The Netherlands.
All you need to do is log into your ‘Account’, click on the ‘Wallet’ tab and fill in the form with your personal information and bank account details
How do Iupload my proof of ID?
You can use your passport or your National ID card. You can scan the necessary ID or take a photo and upload it directly to the form! Your request will be validated within two working days (Monday to Friday)
Important: if you’re using your passport, you must scan or take a photo of the page which contains your ID photo.
Make sure the ID you upload is clear and legible, above all the photo of you! The formats you can use are: jpeg or .png
