Have you received an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your item? This will provide you with a tracking number, as well as a link to the transporter’s website to allow you to track your delivery. You can also follow these steps:
- Sign in to your 'Account'
- Select the ‘Orders & Sales’ tab
An item’s tracking log only becomes active 24 hours after your receive the e-mail confirming its dispatch. This is the time it takes for the transporter to take charge of its delivery.
