You should have received an email confirming dispatch of the item, complete with a tracking link, click on the link to know the scheduled delivery date.
You can also find this information via your personal space:
- On the app : "Me", "My Vestiaire", "My purchases"
- On the website : "My account", "Sales and Purchases", "My orders".
In both instances, click on the relevant item to see delivery details.
Information on the package tracking will be updated within 24 hours after dispatch. This is the time it takes the item to be transferred by the carrier.
