If you no longer use the email address associated with your Vestiaire Collective account or want to change it, you just need to fill out a simple form and we'll process your request within 24 hours.
To protect your account and make sure it is really you requesting the change, we will need to confirm your identity before we are able to change the email address.
How do I confirm my identity?
When you make the request to change your email address, you will need to include a photograph or scanned copy of your official ID (eg. your passport).
To prevent any issues with the verification process, first make sure that:
- The document is of a high enough quality to be clear and legible
- The file type is .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .pdf
