Vestiaire Collective provides a prepaid shipping label for you to send your item. Can you not download it in your country? Nevertheless, you can attach the shipping label so that our teams can identify your item when they receive it. To find it:
- Sign in to your ‘Account’
- Select the ‘History’ tab
- Go to the 'My sold items' section
- Click on ‘Download my prepaid shipping label’
Please make sure to put this shipping label inside your package so that your item can be transferred as quickly as possible to our Quality Control Department.
