If your item doesn’t match the Seller's description, you must report the issue within ⏰ 72 hours of delivery.
To do this, click Report an Issue in the order timeline on your app, or log into your account:
On the Website: My Orders → Find the item concerned → Show Details → Report an Issue
On the App: Me → My Orders → Find the item concerned → Report an Issue
We will promptly look into the situation to investigate.
If, after checking, we can confirm that your item doesn’t match its description, we will send you a prepaid shipping voucher. You then have ⏰ 7 days to return the item to the Seller using the prepaid Shipping Label.
Once the item has been shipped, we will issue a refund within ⏰ 48 hours, using the same payment method you used to place the order.
💡 Good to know: If we confirm that the item does not match its description, the Seller’s stats will be negatively impacted.
