What if I’m collecting my parcel from a pick-up point?
If you’ve chosen the option of collecting your delivery at a pick-up point, this delivery will still go ahead. If your Pick-Up point is closed due to current restrictions, don’t worry - you will be contacted by the carrier or by Vestiaire Collective to help arrange a successful delivery.
💡 Good to know - If you require faster delivery, 🔍 Direct Shipping is available for all brands (except Chanel), and on all items under $1000.
