After delivery, your buyer has ⏰ 72 hours to report any issues with the item.
If they do report a problem, we will look into it carefully so as to determine whether the cancellation of the sale is justified or not.
Whilst we do this, your payment will be placed on hold and we’ll let you know the outcome of the investigation within 7 days.
If, after being checked, the item fits the description perfectly, you’ll be paid the following Wednesday.
If the item doesn’t fit the description or reveals undisclosed flaws, the sale will be cancelled. The buyer will then ship the item back to you and at that point receive a full refund.
