Then, click on "Report an issue" underneath the delivery steps.
If we think the item needs to be checked by our experts, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label that needs to be used within 7 days maximum.
Once the item has been posted, you will be automatically and fully reimbursed for your purchase.
If our experts find that the item does not match the brand criteria and is not genuine, it will be removed from Vestiaire Collective.
If our experts find that the item does match the brand criteria and is authentic, it will be put back on sale on Vestiaire Collective.
