If you placed an order with authentication
If you think the authenticated item you have received does not match its description, please 🔍 contact our customer service team who will be happy to look into this for you.
If you placed an order using Direct Shipping
If you have doubts about the authenticity of your item ordered using Direct Shipping, you must report it to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Once you receive your order, simply follow these steps:
On the Website: My Orders → Find the item concerned → Click Report an issue
On the App: In the timeline for your purchased item, click Report an Issue
If we think the item needs to be checked by our experts, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label so that you can ship it to us free of charge. The shipping label must be used within 7 days.
We will then issue a refund for your order within 48 hours of you shipping the item.
If our Quality Control team finds that the item does not match the brand criteria, it will be removed from Vestiaire Collective.
If the team finds that the item does match the brand criteria, it will be put back on sale on Vestiaire Collective.
