- Individual Sellers: Fashion lovers with pre-loved items that they’re looking to sell.
- Professional Sellers:Registered businesses specialising in pre-loved fashion, that sell coveted pieces on Vestiaire Collective.
Return Policy for Individual Sellers
Items purchased from individual sellers are not eligible for returns. If you have changed your mind about an item you have received, you have the option to relist your item free of charge and to receive payment from the resulting sale. Relisting an item takes less than a minute. Find out how here.
Within 72 hours of receiving your order, relisting your item is free of charge. You’ll keep 100% of your earnings from the sale.
After 72 hours but within 14 days of receiving your order, there is a small processing fee for relisting your item processing fee. This fee is lower than our usual Selling Fee.
Return Policy for Professional Sellers
If you ordered an item from a professional seller and you’ve changed your mind, you can:
- Relist the item free of charge for up to 72 hours after receiving it, and receive 100% of your earnings from the sale.
- Return it within 14 days for a full refund.
