Listings are checked by our team and published within 36 hours. You’ll be notified via email and in the app when your listing is approved and published.
Sold! Ship your item to Vestiaire Collective
Congratulations! You’ve made a sale. You’ll be notified via email and in the app and asked to ship your item to us within 7 days. Find out how to print your prepaid shipping label here, or click here for a guide to preparing your item for shipping. We should receive your item within 2-7 days of shipping.
Your item is received, checked & shipped
Our Quality Control team will check and ship your item to the buyer within 1 - 4 days. If our experts notice a defect, or find your item is different to its description, the price of the item might be lowered or the sale cancelled. To find out why a listing or item might be refused, click here.
Payments are issued on the Wednesday after your item is shipped out from Vestiaire Collective. The payment should be reflected in your account within 5 working days, depending on your payment method. To find out more about when you’ll be paid, click here.
