Your item has been declared as "not compliant" when it was checked by our quality control team if it didn't match its description or the photos of it which were put online.
This means that the sale is now cancelled and the item will be sent back to your billing address.
You can track it by connecting to your account:
- Through the app: "Me", "My items", Sold items".
- Through the website: "My account", "Orders & Sales" “Sold items”.
Find the item in question, click on "Show details" then on the tracking number which comes up.
