To track your sold item, go to your personal space:
- On the app: "Me", "My items"
- On the website: "My account", "Purchases and Sales", "Sold items"
In both instances, click on the relevant item, then "Show details" to track your item
Then, click on the package number located underneath the delivery steps.
You can also track your sold item using the link in the confirmation email sent by Vestiaire Collective when your item was sold.
You will also receive a new email once your item has arrived at one of our authentication and checking centres

Don't worry, it can take up to 48 hours for the system to update.
