Vestiaire Collective gives you a prepaid postal voucher to send your item. Can't download the voucher in your country? You should still have access to a postal voucher in order for our teams to be able to identify your item upon reception. To find it:
1. Go to your "Account"
2. Go to the "Orders & Sales" thumbnail
3. Go to the "My sold items" section
4. Click on "Download postal voucher"
Please make sure you enclose this postal voucher with your parcel to ensure your item is recognized quickly upon reception.
