If you ordered an item with Authentication, our Quality Control team will personally check your order before shipping it to you.
If at the inspection stage the item is deemed to be Non-Compliant, this could mean:
- The item does not adequately match the description in the listing
- The item does not match the photographs provided in the listing
- The item does not match the brand’s criteria
In these cases, the order is cancelled and a refund will automatically be processed for you. The refund will be made to the same mode of payment you used at the time of the order, and should be reflected in your bank account within 5 days, or your PayPal account within 24 hours.
