After a cancellation, your item will automatically be re-listed for sale on your account.
To make sure we can ship the item as soon as it is re-sold, we’ll safely store it at Vestiaire Collective.
If you would prefer to have the item returned to you
First double check your address details as follows:
On the App: Me → My items → Sold Items
On the Website: My Account → Purchases and Sales → Items sold
Find the item, then click: Display the Details → Change the address
Check the address and make any changes if needed. You need to click Validate even if you have not changed any of the details.
Then, just contact us to let us know you would like your item returned to you, and we’ll ship it to you free of charge!
