If the state of your item is too bad, or too different to its description, the sale is cancelled and the item will be sent back to you.
This will affect your statistics and can lead to your losing your Trusted or Expert Seller badge.
So make sure nothing goes wrong: describe your item properly when you first put it online!

- Very good condition: Items which have been only slightly used, and very well looked after.
- Good condition: Has been used but well looked after.
- Correct condition: Worn often and shows a few traces of that.
